1. Full Refund Eligibility:

If you request a refund within 7 days of placing your order and work has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made beyond the 30% down payment.

 

2. Partial Refund (Up to 50%):

If you no longer need the project and wish to cancel after work has started but within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total cost.

This is to compensate for time and resources allocated to your project

 

3. Non-Refund After 7 Days:

Once 7 days have passed since your order and work has commenced on your project, a refund is no longer available. At this stage, I have likely had to decline other projects to dedicate time to yours.

 

4.Non-Refundable Down Payment (30%):

A 30% down payment is required to secure your project. This down payment is non-refundable as it helps cover initial preparation and ensures that I can dedicate time to your project, often requiring to decline other opportunities. If you're unable to send your tracks on time, even though a refund is not available, you can reschedule your project for a future date free of charge
